Before you book
48-hour cancellation notice required
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking may not be eligible for a transfer.
Payments are non-refundable
All Power Hour payments are non-refundable. If you're unable to attend, your session can be transferred to a new date - just get in touch at least 48 hours in advance and we'll get you rescheduled.
Transfers are welcome
Can't make your original date? No problem. Your session can be moved to another available slot - just reach out to [email protected] and we'll sort it.
